So these are our very own supers!!
Here is our angel and princess Kaitlynn. For those of you who cannot see she is sleeping with her BOM. She doesn't usually fall asleep with that book but I happened to capture this moment in time. We love her and she truly is our angel!!
Here is Connor our own little strong man!! He is as big as a 1st grader but as tender as a fluffy teddybear!!

- Jared and I are an absolutely crazzzzy pair!! We have chosen to spend our dayz devoted to 4 absolutely fabulous children( and soon to be 5)....Kailtynn "the Bug", Connor "Connor J", Jacob "Jakers", and Brigham "Briggs". We love, adore, and spoil(even though we try hard not to). We live in the red, red valley of "Italy" and enjoy all things outdoors. Each of our dayz together is better than the last and are so grateful to have found one another and count ourselves blessed!!

Conversation I had with Connor on his b-day!
Mom: Would you like to know who the doctor was that delivered you at the hospital?
Connor: Yes!
(Pause)
Connor: Was it Dr Seuss???
Mom: No I am sorry it was not him!
Connor: Oh.
He quickly lost interest after that!!

So today we were having Connor's b-day party(a little early but it was when we could have all the friends). We are all getting ready and he is so exicted and this is what he says...
Grandma: So you are going to be 5 soon, huh?
Connor: No, I am not going to be 5 until I blow out the candles, that is when I turn five!!
So all of you who hate aging, just stop blowing out the candles!!

So today after church we were asking the kids what they did at church, what they learned, did they have fun, etc...
Connor relayed the following description of his fun.
Connor: Today I drew a picture of a man. I colored him and made him just like a missionary. HE EVEN HAD THE HANDSOME HAIR!!
For those of you who know Connor he hates his hair to be spiky which I think is so cute. He always says "Mom, I need to look like a missionary!!" I love it!!

So yesterday I was listening to Jake and Connor play in the family room. They were jabbering and laughing and I happened to tune in to the following conversation....
Jacob: I really want to go to Nana's house today!!
Connor: Jake, Nana does not have time to play with you today, she is too busy cooking.
Jacob: But I really want to play with her.
Connor: She just does not have time today.
I stopped Connor to ask him what he meant and he said that Nana only can play sometimes because she really needs to cook for us all. Does he have it figured out or what????

So on the way to school today we were at a four way stop and the other car got there before we did. I noticed that it was a family friend (Mike Schern for those of you who know him). I let him go first and this is the conversation that followed...
Connor: Mom, why did you let that man go first??
Mom: Because he was at the stop before we were and that is the law.
Connor: Oh, well what did he look like?
Mom: He has brown hair and he wears glasses. But he is not as tall as your dad.
Connor: Well do they let him pour his own milk?
Mom: Yes(through the laughter).
Connor: Well he must be a grown-up then.
Sometimes they just say the darnest things! I guess I am going to be pouring milk a long time!

Brigham said Ball today, we are so excited!! He is actually starting to talk for himself instead of his siblings telling me everthing he needs!! He was so proud of himself!! Love It!

When told that we were going to have a new baby in the family Kaitlynn said the following ( this is so Kaitlynn)
Mom: Mom is going to have a baby!
Bug: Yeah!! Is it a sister??
Mom: We do not know yet, but it could be.
Bug: I hope that it is!
Mom: I know sweetie, but there is a chance it is another brother, what will we do then??
Bug: I guess I will just have to be grateful for what we get!! And remember that Heavenly Father must know what we need!!
She is such a total angel!!

So Connor and Jacob are in their room playing with Brig and having a good time. Well or so I thought!! I went in to check on them and they are dragging Brig off their bunk bed ladder and he is screaming.
ME: Connor what are you guys doing??
Connor: Mom, Brig cannot play on there!!
ME: Why??
Connor: Because the ladder is only for humans not babies!!
ME: Oh, of course!?!

So we had a get together for Grandma 2's b-day on the 13th. We had a Mexican Fiesta complete with beans, dips, and enchiladas. Cassie made a fruit salad and it was awesome!! She put in Mangos (so yummy). Kaitlynn and Connor are still battling over whether they are called Tangos (Bug) or Flamingos (Connor)!! Just thought that was funny!!
